Man charged with murder after Hamilton woman’s death

A man will appear in court tomorrow charged with the murder of a woman in Hamilton.

Police were called to Kahikatea Drive on the evening of July 1 after reports of a woman being seriously assaulted.

She died two days later in hospital as a result of her injuries.

A 25-year-old man charged with her murder will appear in the Hamilton District Court tomorrow.
