Save A man has been charged over an apparent home invasion in which an elderly Dargaville woman was attacked.
The incident happened early on Saturday morning at the victim's home.
Police said a 25-year-old man appeared in Dargaville District Court today in relation to the incident.
His name, the name of
the victim and details of the charges have been suppressed.
The man is due to reappear on Thursday.
