A man is accused of driving into a police car, fleeing, before crashing into a member of the public's car near Hamilton Lake during the early hours of this morning.

A police spokesperson said officers first spotted the stolen Honda vehicle after it ran a red light on Norton Rd, Frankton, about 2.30am today.
