He was wearing a green fleece jacket with a grey hoodie underneath, orange high-visibility pants, grey sports shoes and sunglasses. The man was caught on security camera at the Henry's liquor outlet on Marshland Rd in Shirley.Police said he was armed with a knife and is understood to have tried to enter the store just after 10pm.AdvertisementAdvertise with NZME.AdvertisementAdvertise with NZME.An employee was able to stop the man by pushing him out the door.Anyone with information should contact Christchurch police on (03) 3637400.
