A man has been arrested following an Armed Offenders Squad call out in Lower Hutt last week.
The Squad descended on Harrison Crescent last Thursday following an alleged firearms incident.
A 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged with Possession of Ammunition and will next appear in court on the
28th of January.
Police are yet to locate the firearms allegedly used in the incident, but say inquiries are continuing and further charges may follow.
