A man has been arrested after robbing a bank in Papakura, police say.
He entered ASB Papakura on Great South Rd shortly after 10am and demanded cash, police said.
Following an altercation inside the bank, he fled the scene with an amount of cash and headed north on Great South
Rd.
The man dumped property and cash as he fled and was quickly apprehended by police.
He was currently in custody and inquiries at the scene were ongoing, police said.
