A man has been arrested after allegedly wounding a woman's arm with a knife in Blenheim yesterday.
Police said the woman sought help from a neighbour after the incident at an address on Muller Rd. The neighbour called police about 5pm.
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police
said a 63-year-old Blenheim man was arrested shortly after the incident.
He would appear in the Blenheim District Court today charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
