One of the men accused of bashing former All Black Justin Marshall in Queenstown has today pleaded guilty.
Tai Neilson, 25, admitted a charge of assault with intent to injure at Christchurch District Court.
The alleged attack happened on Queenstown's Shotover Street on Good Friday this year.
Neilson, of Christchurch,
pleaded guilty this morning but Judge Raoul Neave stood the matter down in order for him to speak to a probation officer.
When the case was recalled this afternoon, it was agreed that a pre-sentence report was required.
