The nearest-to-the-pin prizes were taken out by Daniels, May, Biel, and Carroll while Kurt Karaitiana and Brittain scored the day's only hole in two.
Sunday's competition at Mahunga was a medal round. There was a tie at the top with Anita Karaitiana heading off Laurence Butler on countback. They both had a nett 67.
Byron Karaitiana and Joe Graham both finished on 68. Holes in two were scored by Paul Beech, Bruce Herangi and Ivan Karaitiana.
On Tuesday, the veterans played in a Chicago stableford competition. The best of the ladies were Jocelyn Parker and Janet Campbell with 41pts while Betty Loader and Maria Lauvi finished with 39pts.
In the men's competition Roger Stenton finished with 44pts, Ian Gemmill and Geoff Parker 42pts and Peter Campbell 41pts.
This Saturday has the men's Wellington inter-club teams in action with the division six team travelling to the Shandon Golf Club and the division 10 team hosting Masterton.
For the ladies, Saturday sees the first of two rounds of the Nancy MacCormack competition.
Sunday has the men's and ladies' teams involved in inter-club competitions.
The ladies will be playing their Tilson Salver match against Carterton, who will host the contest, while the men play their final round of the Marquis Shield at the Masterton Golf Club against Martinborough.
