The teenage son of Auckland property developer Mark Lyon appeared in court this week charged with possession of drug utensils and theft.
Blake Lyon, 18, was remanded on bail without plea until May 19 when he appeared in the Auckland District Court.
His father, Mark Lyon, 50, was last year
charged with firearm and drug offences.
The charges related to two incidents in September 2005, one of which sparked an armed offenders squad callout.
He is expected in court for his depositions hearing later this month.
