Save A man accused of throwing a chunk of concrete at a person, severing the person's big toe, has had his matter called in court.
Lower Hutt man Shane Cardine McQuillan, is charged with maiming another person with reckless disregard on March 21.
The complainant's big toe had to be amputated.
McQuillan's matter was called in court today and was remanded to December 8 for a case review.
