Lost toddler found walking Auckland streets

Police have appealed for urgent help to find the parents of a two-year-old girl found wandering alone in Auckland today.

The Maori toddler was found in Line Rd, in Glenn Innes, dressed only in her pyjamas, blue bottoms and a white singlet. She has long brown hair.

Detective Steve Meade said police wanted to find her parents.

"We would like to reunite the young one with her family as soon as possible," he said.
