A young boy with Down's syndrome found wandering on a suburban Auckland street has been reunited with his parents.
The boy, who appeared to be about four-years-old, told police his name was Conor. He was found on Oaktree Ave, Browns Bay, by local residents.
Following an appeal by police, his parents
were located and he was reunited with them this morning.
He was described as having mousy brown hair and wearing a green top, blue tracksuit bottoms with white stripes and blue and red socks without shoes.
It was likely that he walked out of his home while his family was asleep, police said.
