West Auckland Nissan have a new name, a new location and a new way of doing business.

Perry's West Auckland became an iconic name among Nissan owners in West Auckland where it was located at Railside Ave, Henderson for over 30 years.

They have now relocated to the corner of
Lincoln Rd and Paramount Drive, Henderson and are now known as West Auckland Nissan.

The new dealership is fully operational and branch manager Chris Carding is sure anyone crossing the threshold will find it very welcoming from the get go and a new level of quality service with a difference in West Auckland.

"We've been open for around two weeks now and found the new location has been a great boon to business," said Carding.

"We have 18 demonstrators on site. We always have at least one example of every new Nissan model that's on sale.

"Not only do we have all these new cars but the building has all new technology as well. There's a seating area with complimentary coffee, tea and all that sort of stuff as well as a big LCD screen on the wall that is hooked up to the web.

"We also have the latest tracking system on site to find any model anywhere in the country or abroad if we don't have it. If it's coming from abroad, once it hits the boat we can track it every inch of the way.

"We're now part of a group of dealerships that cover other makes as well and it's given us more scope and is very strong and has great buying power for the customer."

They're very customer-focused and return and local business are very important to them.

"Our move to Lincoln Rd has given us a higher profile and there are other dealerships nearby that will turn the area into a mecca for car shoppers."

West Auckland Nissan now has a state-of-the-art service centre fully equipped to look after any Nissan. The factory-trained and certified technicians know a Nissan better than anybody and have that special touch that makes all the difference. However, if you don't drive a Nissan, the service department will be more than happy to hear from you.

"We have six brand new service loan vehicles and we only use brand new cars there. And the really interesting thing there is that we now have a loan utility available for the people who have utes as part of their job," said Carding.

While you're there, ask them about their preferential customer card. This card entitles you to a 10 per cent discount off the recommended retail price of most servicing or parts purchases. All new and used car customers receive this card automatically but you can also apply for it.

The dealership has over 35 quality late-model, low-mileage passenger cars, recreational and light commercial vehicles in stock.

They specialise in New Zealand new light commercials and always have a large amount of hard-to-find two and four-wheel drive utilities available for inspection. Product, presentation and price enable them to sell cars with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

If it's parts or accessories you're after, the dealership's parts team is the one for competitive and award-winning service. They have a full range of new parts on hand and if they haven't got what you want, they'll find it through their online parts system.
