ImagineBetter is looking to recruit one full time Practice Leader based from our Bayfair community office and one part-time (20 hours per week) LAC who could be based anywhere in the Western Bay of Plenty

What does an LAC Practice Leader do?

Leads and mentors a team of Local Area Coordinators while also maintaining their own practice working directly with disabled people and their whanau.

What does an LAC do?

LAC's work intensively with a small group of disabled people and their families. They undertake tasks such as, providing quality information, assisting people to plan for their future by becoming clear on what constitutes their good life, sharing ideas on what is possible and proactively building inclusive communities.
