Ireland-based Dawn Meats is one of Europe’s leading red meat processors.

The chairman of the Alliance Group outlines the plan to recapitalise the beleaguered meat cooperative with the announcement of the proposed sale of 65% of the company to Irish meat company Dawn Meats for $250 million.
