Two burglaries of Masterton businesses late on Wednesday night may be linked, police believe.
The Kuripuni Sports Bar door was jemmied open just before midnight, and two bottles of alcohol were taken.
Lansdowne Sammies was broken into in a similar fashion, and food was taken.
In both cases the culprit
or culprits tried to steal money from tills but failed.
