Line Manager
Apata Group is a dynamic Kiwifruit and Avocado post-harvest
operator in New Zealand's horticultural centre: the Bay of Plenty.
Fundamental to our success is the loyalty and support of our grower
base and this is achieved by our investment in high calibre staff and
operating equipment.
This is an opportunity for a hand's on Line Manager to join our successful
team to take up a newly created position.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills
and attributes:
• Staff management and leadership skills
• Ability to ensure production targets are met and customer expectations
are exceeded
• Well developed planning and analytical skills
• A drive for continuous improvement of processes and systems
• Experience in Kiwifruit or other horticultural produce would be desirable
• A common sense approach to the challenge of production operations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
