"Because it's Easter Sunday, unfortunately we can't have the beer and the gin that's also usually with the wine," Mrs Knight said.
Other stalls will include produce from the Greytown Butcher and Greytown's Wakelin House, as well as a variety of vegetables and fruit from Masterton's Wee Red Barn and Greytown Produce among others.
"It's a lovely setting for producers to get out and talk to the community, it's really creating an environment to enjoy food and wine and get conversations going," Mrs Knight said.
Local olive oil producers are well represented by Elaia Gourmet Olives, Olivio Ltd, Molive of Martinborough, Juno Olives and Lot 8.
"We are so lucky to have such high-quality olive oil in the region and each producer has something unique to offer."
The market is open from 10am to 1pm. Stallholder fees, of $20 a stall, will be donated to the Martinborough Volunteer Fire Brigade.
After March 31, the next market won't be held until the first Sunday of November.
