Korean man still missing after a month

There is still no sign of a 28-year-old Korean man who went missing in Northland a month ago.

Hyung Jun Cho vanished in early December after his car ran off State Highway One and down a bank near Kaiwaka.

He was driving from Auckland to his home in Ruakaka. He is described as 170 centimetres tall, of medium build with short black hair.

Nineteen-strong search and rescue teams plus dog handlers have thoroughly searched the area around the crash ... without luck.

Police spokeswoman Sarah Kennett says they are still holding out hope. She is urging anyone with information to come forward.
