An Otaki man who wore Vietnam war medals despite never serving, is due to reappear in court today.
Former RSA president Don Moselen was fined $500 in May for wearing the medals at ANZAC services.
He's also been charged with fraudulently using an RSA cheque.
Mr Moselen had previously denied
that charge but has indicated he may plead guilty when he appears in the Levin District court this morning.
