Save A kitesurfer is in hospital with serious leg injuries after a collision with a boat at Porirua's Titahi Bay.
An ambulance spokeswoman said a 32-year-old male was taken to Wellington Hospital in a status two condition.
She said the accident happened at the southern beach of the popular Kapiti Coast
bay around 5.45pm yesterday.
