This will be a 20 hour a week position based in Tauranga.

Op-Shop Manager
This will be a 30 hour a week position based in Tauranga.
The ideal person will have
• Excellent communication skills and written skills.
• Understand the Business Principles required to manage a profitable business
• Understand volunteers and be able to communicate effectively with them to maintain an effective team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
• Good financial skills
• Honesty
• Hold a clean Police Record
• A high standard of custom care.
• Problem solving abilities'
• A sound knowledge of pricing of item in the shop.
