Kids needed for Santa's culture club

Calling all children of the world!

Would you like to show off your national dress at Auckland's most iconic annual Christmas event?

The Herald on Sunday, with the Farmers Santa Parade, is delighted to give you the chance to be a part of this year's magical show!

Ten lucky Kiwi kids will be chosen to ride on the parade's newest float, Children of the World, celebrating New Zealand's rich ethnic diversity.

All you have to do is bedazzle us with your national dress.

To enter, send a clear photo of yourself dressed in your country's national dress to news@hos.co.nz by 4pm Wednesday, July 15. Make sure you include your name, address, email and phone number and a short description of your national costume.

The judging panel, made up of representatives from the Herald on Sunday, Farmers and the Santa Parade, will notify the winners via email or phone.

Terms and conditions: Children must be between 9 and 11 years old on Nov 29, 2015. Identification may be required. One entry per person. The judges' decision is final. Winners must be available on Nov 29 and the rain date of Dec 6 . Parental or guardian consent must be given for entry to be valid. Travel to and from the parade is the winners' responsibility.
