Kapiti police on the lookout for 'Betty'

Kapiti police are appealing for sightings of an 80-year-old woman missing from her Paraparaumu home.

Elizabeth Maxwell, also known as Betty, went missing from her Guildford Drive property around 10.00am yesterday.

Police said she is five feet tall, of thin build, and has brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing dark blue trousers, a black jacket and gold sandals.
