Crime scene: Service station staff threatened with tent pole

Who is the man in the surveillance camera picture (above right)?

On the evening of November 24 he used a sharpened tent pole to threaten the staff at the BP service station on the corner of Great North Rd and Sabulite Rd in Kelston. When they refused his demand for cigarettes and cash, the man ran away up Cartwright Rd. He is described as about 40, 1.83m (5ft 11in) and overweight. He was wearing green overalls, a red jacket and a green peaked hat.
