Michael Bruce McGregor-Hay did not show up in Auckland District Court on charges including assault and trespass, and an arrest warrant has now been issued. He is described as European, 28, 1.75m (5ft 9in), of medium build with short brown hair. He may be on the North Shore or in West Auckland.
