A husband and wife cycling near Taupo were seriously injured when they were hit by a vehicle this afternoon.
The Taupo YouthTown and Rotorua BayTrust rescue helicopters were called about 3.30pm to the scene about 10km northwest of Taupo.
Both husband and wife, in their 50s, suffered serious multiple injuries.
