Three men, aged 20, 25 and 27, were due to appear in the Hamilton District Court today.
They face charges including participation in an organised criminal group, dangerous act with intent to cause grievous bodily harm using a firearm, intentional damage and unlawful possession of a firearm.
A 54-year-old man was also arrested on April 5 and is due to appear in the Hamilton District Court on April 30.
Badri said police executed search warrants in Huntly and Te Kauwhata involving members of the Armed Offenders Squad, Waikato Criminal Investigation Branch and other specialist police staff.
“Our investigation remains ongoing, and police are continuing to make inquiries. Further arrests are anticipated in the coming days.”
