Police are looking for a man who robbed an Upper Hutt bar at gun point last night.
The man entered Charlton's Silverstream Bar & Bistro armed with a firearm about 8.45pm, and held out a bag demanding the duty manager put the bar takings inside it.
He left in a
vehicle which was parked nearby on Kiln Street.
Police said they're still working on a description of the offender and determining the exact amount of cash stolen.
Another employee and a customer were present at the time of the robbery, but nobody was injured.
