Many hospitals will be disrupted for the next two weeks as two groups of workers strike over their pay.
Laboratory workers from 15 district health boards are set to walk off the job for 48 hours from Wednesday.
They are employed by health boards, the NZ
Blood Service, Southern Community Laboratories and Medlab South.
The following week radiographers at Southland, Otago, Canterbury, Hutt Valley, Lakes, Tairawhiti and Bay of Plenty plan to strike.
