KEY POINTS:

ARIES: (March 21 to April 20)
A lot of talk and little action could prove frustrating. Others hold you back this weekend and rather than fighting against outside forces, you must accept what you cannot change. Be sociable but in a superficial way.

TAURUS: (April 21 to May 21)
You seem approachable but there could be certain subjects you prefer to avoid. As a consequence others are likely to get the edited version of your thoughts and feelings this weekend. Privacy is your buzzword.

GEMINI: (May 22 to June 21)
Accepting that there are obstacles in your path is the first step towards overcoming them. You are one of the zodiac's achievers but have a tendency to skirt around issues that are tedious or unpleasant. Stiffen your spine.

CANCER: (June 22 to July 23)
A plan might be deferred, perhaps due to bad timing or outside influences. Slow down the tempo this weekend and be tolerant to the plight others might find themselves in. Some situations are beyond your control.

LEO: (July 24 to August 23)
A last ditch effort to salvage a situation could bring surprising results. Fresh ideas are presented or spring to mind and people previously opposed to your ideas might suddenly jump on board. Make hay while you can.

VIRGO: (August 24 to September 23)
A change of heart could come out of the blue and bring you closer to someone special or teach you something about yourself. Relationships are a work in progress but you are gradually making headway.

LIBRA: (September 24 to October 23)
Moon in your sign prompts you to regroup and bring better order to your life. By paying closer attention to detail, your environment, relationships and emotional health all benefit. You reap what you sow at this time.

SCORPIO: (October 24 to November 22)
Shut out negative thoughts and focus on the goodness in people. Moon travelling through the pensive part of your chart encourages you to edit words and feelings before acting on them. Minimalism is the key to happiness.

SAGITTARIUS: (November 23 to December 22)
Lazy planets dominate this weekend and a minimalist approach might work best. Bear in mind that you can save time, energy and avoid the need for excuses if you march to the beat of your own drum.

CAPRICORN: (December 23 to January 20)
You do not suffer fools gladly and take defeat personally. Lunar energy at the top of your horoscope evokes feelings of superiority or bad sportsmanship and as a result, your popularity could gradually drop off.

AQUARIUS: (January 21 to February 19)
It may seem to others events are spinning out of control but you will thrive on the forecast chaos. Venus improves your multi-tasking skills this weekend, allowing you to juggle duties and relationships.

PISCES: (February 20 to March 20)
A lack of synergy in relationships is temporary but can be upsetting. To keeps emotions on an even keel, think with your head not your heart. By using logic to resolve problems, you lessen the potential impact.

SATURDAY
YOUR DAY

Today's Moon in Libra could cause energy to wax and wane. Avoid spreading yourself too thinly or having high expectations of others and learn how to say no. Routines should be kept simple and time put aside for gentle or artistic pastimes.

YOUR BIRTHDAY
You feel comfortable in your own skin and happily collaborate with others. Something that has been missing from life might manifest later this year, in part because of a change in your attitude and partly due to good luck.

SUNDAY
YOUR DAY

Put procedures in place co-operatively and avoid acting without consensus. Because the energy is indecisive today, team spirit is the key to success. Get together with like-minded people and brainstorm ideas before drawing up plans or making firm commitments.

YOUR BIRTHDAY
Patience brings its own rewards in the year ahead. An opportunity to cash in or upgrade your lifestyle might seem tempting but unless the timing is right, events could backfire. Your moment will come but you must intuitively recognise it.
