KEY POINTS:

ARIES: (March 21 to April 20)
Your fight or flight response to situations is involuntary. Spur-of-the-moment energy propels you forward and helps remove subconscious fears from your psyche. Nine times out of ten, your actions will be spot-on.

TAURUS: (April 21 to May 21)
You understand the meaning behind someone's actions. Your gift of empathy makes others feel comfortable in your presence and encourages them to open up. The advice you offer to those in need is likely to prove invaluable.

GEMINI: (May 22 to June 21)
You believe in there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Optimistic forces are currently at work and they not only lift your spirits but also give you something tangible to strive for.

CANCER: (June 22 to July 23)
With a little ingenuity there is a way around everything. Fit the pieces of a puzzle together one by one and you might be surprised by the speed of your success. Yours is the voice of reason today.

LEO: (July 24 to August 23)
Events build towards a climax in chorus with excitement levels. As you look forward to a change of scene, resolution or special occasion, all the planning and effort put in so far seems thoroughly worthwhile.

VIRGO: (August 24 to September 23)
You rarely commit flippantly to projects and can be counted on to see issues through. Saturn, the planet of principle, is encouraging you to follow protocol and keep your promises. Others are impressed by your loyalty.

LIBRA: (September 24 to October 23)
Recent constraints are cast off and you bring fresh ideas to the table. Greater freedom of thought, speech or movement enhances creativity and helps improve interaction with other people. Dare to be different.

SCORPIO: (October 24 to November 22)
Naivety and idealism can hinder or help you. Be aware of your own limitations or lack of experience and avoid making emotionally charged decisions. If in doubt, seek advice from an expert or mentor.

SAGITTARIUS: (November 23 to December 22)
Might is right but must be used wisely. Moon in your sign provides clues on where to direct your energy and how to approach people or situations. You can be a positive influence on others today.

CAPRICORN: (December 23 to January 20)
Avoid letting the problems of others absorb your time or weigh you down. Take a backward step if necessary and conserve precious energy for day-to-day issues. Kindness and concern must be bestowed sparingly.

AQUARIUS: (January 21 to February 19)
Your abstract thought patterns might be deemed brilliant or eccentric. Either way, if someone wants a left-field opinion they will doubtless come to you. Impart your messages in a coherent but candid way.

PISCES: (February 20 to March 20)
A tendency to talk first and think later works to your advantage. Certain issues need to be discussed in order to clear the air and allow for a fresh start. Your honesty may well prove emotionally healing.

YOUR DAY
The energy is informal and munificent. This is an ideal time for off-the-record discussions and the sacrifice of personal time to help worthy causes. On the downside, certain people might claim the moral high ground.

YOUR BIRTHDAY
Despite seeing the writing on the wall, you persevere with a situation. There is a desire to exhaust all avenues before cutting your losses and admitting defeat. Loyalty in relationships is another admirable trait.
