The ideal guests, the ad says, will partake in "compulsory singing of God Save the Queen at 8am every morning".
Details about the surrounding neighbourhood specify: "Bradford's locals are very friendly, which is good if you're planning on bringing a Wales or an All Blacks shirt because you won't be allowed in the house, so you'll have plenty of time outside to explore the area instead!"
The listing, for one week in September, will give up to eight fans access to the four-bedroom property in Bradford-on-Avon, as well as a "huge" garden with rugby posts.
Proceeds from the week, at 150 ($237) a night, will go to the Lewis Moody Foundation in support of the Brain Tumour Charity. Moody lists himself on the website as "husband to Annie and father of two".
He states: "Like any rugby family we're incredibly excited at the prospect of welcoming fans from around the world to play on our home turf."
The property is described as equidistant between London and Wales, "two major destinations for any rugby fan this September and October".
Guests will also be offered a signed rugby ball, rugby pointers in his garden and a personal tour of the house from Moody before he sets off.
A spokesman for Airbnb said: "This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a rugby fan looking for the most authentic all-round experience when they visit us this September.
"Through Airbnb all our guests live like locals, but it's not often that they get the opportunity to be hosted by one of England's sporting superstars at a time when all eyes are on the nation."
