Lavender Magic has won the national award for the best angustifolia lavender oil for the past two years.
Ms Harwood said she "absolutely" thinks that Lavender Magic will take out the award for the third time.
Once harvested, the crop will be taken to the Kapiti Coast to be steam distilled and turned into lavender oil.
Ms Harwood said she lost between $4000 and $5000 rebuilding the cart and replacing soaps, lavender cremes and essential oils.
After a call from Mr Adcock, Ms Harwood came home to find her product and pieces of the cart strewn across the driveway.
She told the Wairarapa Times-Age last year that it looked like a tornado picked up the cart and smashed it against the shed.
"You just got to pick your feet up and get going again."
