Helicopter rescue alert as water tank falls on woman in Tuakau

A woman is hurt after a water tank fell on her in Auckland.

Fire and Emergency says the incident happened on Buckland Rd in Tuakau, near Pukekohe, around 2.20pm.

A spokesperson says they've been asked to set up a landing site for a helicopter carrying the female patient.

The woman's condition is not known.

Police say they haven't yet been notified, as this could be a matter for Worksafe.
