Countdown earlier recalled at least 600 Halloween spinning wand toys again due to concerns over access to the dangerous button batteries.
Halloween Ghost and Pumpkin LED spinning wands sold in stores between October 3 and October 19 could crack open if dropped, exposing the button batteries.
People who bought swings sets from The Warehouse are also urged to check the products.
Customers who have purchased either the 2-in-1 or 4-in-1 Active Intent swing set from
The Warehouse since March 2015 also need to stop using the product.
The chain attaching the seat to the frame may not always remain secure. If the seat comes off when in use there is a risk of serious injury.
Customers who have bought any of the products can return them to their nearest store for a full refund.
