Govt popularity up

Act Party problems do not seem to have affected the Government's popularity, according to the latest One News/Colmar Brunton Poll.

It put National Party support up 5 per cent on the previous month to 54 per cent, which would give it the numbers to govern alone.

Labour Party support was down three points to 32 per cent.

The Green Party was up one to 8 per cent, but Act had fallen from 2.7 per cent to a shade over 1 per cent.
