New Zealand is giving half a million dollars in aid to Peru, as it struggles in the aftermath of this month's devastating earthquake.
A total of 520 people died and 58,000 homes were destroyed in the quake, which measured 8 on the Richter Scale.
The funding will go
towards the World Food Programme, which is concentrating on delivering urgently needed food supplies to shattered communities.
