An invoice for 2c from the Ministry of Social Development hasn't fazed one Westport man. He simply dug a couple of old 1c pieces out of a drawer and taped them to the bill.

Linton Harmon, who is retired, says he will take the bill to West Coast-Tasman National MP Chris Auchinvole and ask him to pay it next time he is in Wellington. He will ask the MP to bring back a receipt.
