A teenager facing a murder charge had his name and other details suppressed when he appeared in Manukau District Court today.
The 19-year-old was charged yesterday with the murder of Iulio Naea Kilepoa last week.
He was remanded in custody to reappear in court on Wednesday.
Mr Kilepoa, a fatherof four, was found in his Otara, South Auckland, home with a knife in his chest last Sunday.
His death followed a series of gang fights which resulted in Mr Kilepoa's son gang member George Naea being accused of two charges of attempted murder and one of wounding.
