A teenager who fled Manukau District Court after he allegedly bashed another prisoner to get his identity bracelet and be bailed is back in police custody.
Byson Kanivatoa, 18, was found in the wardrobe at a Manurewa address last week after a tip, and was remanded in custody until September.
