An office building that was the scene of two grisly murders is up for sale in Wellington.
The property - at 136 The Terrace - once known as Invincible House has been put up on the market just recently.
It is the site of the infamous murders of investment andinsurance brokers Gene Thomas, 68, and his son Eugene, 30, who were gunned down in their offices in February, 1994. Their bodies were found by cleaners.

John Barlow was later convicted of their murders and served 16 years in jail for the crime.
The Bayleys listing calls the building a "stand alone gem" that would be perfect for owner-occupiers.
