Flying fox suggested as way to reconnect Mangamahu

Work will continue today on finding a way to connect the Mangamahu community northeast of Wanganui isolated by the collapse of a river bridge during flooding.

Wanganui Civil Defence said options included using helicopters or a flying fox system.
