Five due in court on third day of gang raids

Five gang members and affiliates will appear in court today after the third day of raids which police say have now netted 44 people linked to the Killer Beez and Tribesmen.

Police have seized well over $500,000 in P and cannabis, $200,000 in cash plus stolen property in the crackdown dubbed Operation Leo.

Four people were charged with drug offences relating to the supply and sale of class A and C drugs.

One man, 19, was charged with possession of a firearm.
