Intermediate or Senior Accountant Positions
We have all the systems in place and we are looking for two Accountants to join our professional, friendly and fun team at our growing Whakatane Office in the sunny Bay ofPlenty.
We are looking for a Farm Accounting Specialist and also someone to join our Business Advisory Services team.
If you have at least 3 years Farm Accounting or general Business Advisory Services experience in a CA environment and can hit the ground running then one of these positions is the ideal next step for you to develop your career.
You will be working along side your clients and responsibilities will include: • Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns • Preparation of GST returns for clients. • Preparation of FBT returns, PAYE returns and other returns required from time to time by the IRD. • Preparation of interim financial statements for profit projection and tax calculation purposes. • Livestock valuations. (Farming Specialist only) • Assistance with preparation of cashflow forecasts, business plans and other business advisory services.
