Firefighters have cut a woman out of a car after the vehicle crashed in Whanganui.
The Fire Service received a 111 call from the scene of the crash at 2.15pm, shift manager Mike Wanoa said.
The car had crashed on Seddon St, Aramoho, but Wanoa did not know how the
crash happened.
There were no other cars involved.
"One person, a female, was trapped in the vehicle and we had to cut her out, use our cutting gear to extricate her," he said.
