Firefighters battle 'well involved' Raumanga house fire

Whangarei fire crews are battling a large house fire in the suburb of Raumanga.

Northern fire communications shift manager Carren Larking said two fire engines were sent to Raumanga Heights Dr around 4.05pm.

When crews arrived the blaze was "well involved", and four more fire appliances were called to the scene.

All of the house's occupants were accounted for and no one was injured, Larking said.
