Fire safety officers will be returning the scene of a fire at an apartment block in Feilding today.
The Fire Service was called to Bowen Street just after 11pm.
Six fire trucks were sent and the building was evacuated.
Shift manager Jan Wills says the fire was extinguished and the
last truck left just before 1.30 this morning.
