Finance Administrator
30 - 40 hours per week
Head Office, Putaruru
We are looking for an Finance Administrator with at least 2 years work experience to join the finance team at our head office in Putaruru.
The successful candidate will have a positive outlook, work well as an individual, as a finance team member, and within the wider head office team (22 people).
Skills and Experience sought:
• An accounting qualification or working towards one
• Knowledge of SAGE 300 ERP (Accpac) accounting software
(preferred but not essential)
• Good data entry and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Be able to manage time and prioritise tasks
• Proven ability to demonstrate initiative
• Be able to work well in a team and also under own initiative
Responsibilities will include:
• Processing of accounts payables and receivables
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• GST returns
• General Ledger entries
• Carrying out general administration tasks as required
